Interactive Bash sessions get BigLinux defaults that make terminal use more comfortable and predictable. This can include shell behavior, prompts, aliases, completion, or other configuration loaded when a user starts Bash interactively.
It is not a separate app. People who use the terminal may notice different command-line behavior after installation, so custom shell settings should be checked if something changes unexpectedly.
