Description
Julius is a fully functional open-source adaptation of Caesar III, maintaining the original game's logic while incorporating UI enhancements. It offers cross-platform compatibility, allowing for gameplay across multiple systems. Since it retains the same logic, saved games are fully compatible, and any gameplay bugs from the original Caesar III game will also persist in Julius.
Julius requires the original assets (graphics, sounds, etc) from Caesar III to run. It optionally supports the high-quality MP3 files once provided on the Sierra website.
