Wayland desktops can use a circular menu interface, but this legacy package points users toward snmenu instead. It is useful mainly for compatibility with older setups that still expect this package name.
Legacy desktop utilities may stop receiving fixes. Prefer the replacement package for new installations unless an existing configuration specifically needs this one.
