Audio and video can be recorded, converted, streamed, filtered, and inspected through the FFmpeg command-line toolkit.
This is powerful media infrastructure. Commands can overwrite files or capture devices, so check inputs, outputs, codecs, and permissions before running large jobs.
This build targets NVIDIA 470.xx driver support through nvcodec 11.1, so it is mainly useful for systems pinned to that legacy driver branch.
