Description
MathJax resources packaged as a Jupyter Server extension. They allow Jupyter frontends to render mathematical notation written in TeX or related formats inside notebooks and documents.
It is web asset support, not a separate math editor. Keep it when Jupyter pages need offline or server-provided math rendering resources.
