32-bit music applications can send and receive real-time MIDI events through a portable library. This helps sequencers, synthesizers, notation tools, and interactive audio software communicate with MIDI devices or virtual ports.
It is MIDI I/O support, not a synthesizer. Timing, device detection, and latency depend on the host application and the system audio/MIDI stack.
