32-bit video workflows can estimate perceived video quality with the VMAF algorithm. This helps encoders, streaming teams, and researchers compare compression settings against a reference video.
It is quality-measurement tooling, not a video editor. Scores are useful for comparison, but final decisions should still consider content type, bitrate, viewing device, and human review.
