This development package is useful for applications, bots, or tools that need Telegram client functionality through TDLib. It is not the official Telegram Desktop app and does not provide a complete chat interface by itself.
Telegram integrations can handle contacts, messages, files, phone numbers, credentials, and metadata. Review the parent application for privacy, storage, encryption expectations, and network behavior.
