Telegram client software can add voice-call support through a dedicated VoIP library.
This library is useful for applications that need Telegram-compatible audio calling behavior. It does not provide a calling interface by itself; another client handles accounts, contacts, permissions, microphone access, speakers, and network setup.
Voice calls involve live audio, device access, network metadata, and sometimes contact information. Review the parent application for privacy, call logging, and permission handling.
