Magnet links can be converted into .torrent metadata files from the terminal. It is useful when a workflow or client needs a torrent file instead of only a magnet URI.
Torrent metadata can point to copyrighted or unsafe content. Use only links you are allowed to access, and remember that BitTorrent activity may expose your network address to peers.
