Description
Bridges MPD playback to the desktop MPRIS interface so media keys, panels, and compatible widgets can control or display the music daemon. It is useful when MPD should behave like other desktop media players.
It runs as integration glue between MPD and D-Bus. Make sure the MPD connection is trusted, because MPRIS metadata can reveal what is playing to desktop components.
