Desktop application for NymVPN. NymVPN is a decentralized, mixnet and zero-knowledge VPN. Features: 5-hop Anonymous mode (using the Nym Mixnet) 2-hop Fast mode (using WireGuard) No centralized logs Hide your public IP Entry and exit hop location NOTE: This package only provides the client application. For the VPN to work, the daemon aka nym-vpnd , must be installed and running. You can install it from these separate packages: deb package (requires to setup the Nym deb repository): nym-vpnd AUR packages: nym-vpnd and nym-vpnd-bin For more details, please check https://nym.com/en/download/linux Alternatively you can get the binary directly from the GitHub releases: Go to https://github.com/nymtech/nym-vpn-client/releases Find the latest release with tag nym-vpn-core-v1.2.3 Download the linux archive nym-vpn-core-v1.2.3_linux_x86_64.tar.gz and extract the binary (make it executable) From a terminal, run sudo nym-vpnd NOTE: The daemon requires root privileges to work.
