OpenHV is an open source pixel art, science fiction strategy game using art and ideas from the golden era of RTS, but adding modern technology and usability to the mix. It comes with multiplayer (LAN and internet) support, competent skirmish AI as well as an integrated map editor. All the assets are licensed under Open Source compliant terms. It is easy to add custom content.
