Installs PARI/GP data needed by ellap for large primes. The dataset supports elliptic-curve point-counting computations that require precomputed or auxiliary data.
Use it when PARI/GP elliptic-curve workflows need full support for large prime calculations. It is supporting mathematical data, not an independent program.
