RNA energy-landscape analysis can be used from Perl-based scientific workflows. It is useful for researchers who already automate bioinformatics processing with Perl and need local minima or barrier calculations as part of a larger pipeline.
This package is for scripted analysis, not a regular desktop app. Results depend on the input landscape data and on the surrounding research workflow.
