Description
Already-compressed files can sometimes be repacked smaller using a development snapshot of Precomp. This command-line recompressor helps advanced users prepare archives by finding embedded compressed streams and rewriting them for stronger follow-up compression. It reads and writes user files directly, so test it on copies before processing important data.
