PubSub-RPC service code can be generated from Protocol Buffers definitions for typed RPC or serialization workflows. This protoc plugin is used by developers during builds rather than opened as a normal application. Generated interfaces should be reviewed for API compatibility, authentication expectations, and network exposure before deployment.
