Valve Texture Format files can be converted into regular images for inspection, modding, or preservation workflows. This Python library helps tools read VTF texture data and export it into image formats that other graphics programs can handle.
It is imported by scripts and applications, not opened as a standalone editor. Work only with game files you are allowed to inspect or convert.
