Description
RGB colors can be matched to the nearest xterm 256-color palette index. This helper is useful for terminal themes, CLI output, and scripts that need approximate colors in limited terminal palettes.
It is a small developer utility rather than a full theme editor. Results are approximations because xterm palettes cannot represent every RGB color exactly.
