Description
A library used by audio applications to send streams to Shoutcast and Icecast servers, which are common platforms for internet radio and live audio broadcasting.
It does not provide a full radio station manager by itself. Users usually need it because a broadcasting tool, media service, or automation system depends on it to publish audio over the network.
