Description
Lets scripts ask the user to select a screen region and then prints the selected geometry. It is commonly used with screenshot, recording, window-selection, and automation tools on graphical desktops.
It reports coordinates, not image content by itself. Be careful when combining it with screenshot or recording commands, because the selected area may include private information.
