Description
Video clips can be slowed down more smoothly by generating intermediate frames between the originals. This is useful when a normal speed change looks choppy and the user wants a clearer slow-motion result.
This development build is aimed at video editing and analysis workflows. Processing can take time and may create large output files, but it does not run as a background service.
