Lets scripts and users select a rectangular region on Wayland desktops and print the selected geometry. It is commonly paired with screenshot, screen recording, and automation tools.
It selects coordinates rather than capturing content by itself. When combined with capture tools, review the selected region so private windows or notifications are not included.
