Description
Smart-contract programs can be built and tested with Solana SBF compiler and local validator tooling. Developers use `cargo-build-sbf`, `cargo-test-sbf`, `solana-test-validator`, and ledger tools during smart-contract development. Local validators and test keys still need isolation from production wallets and RPC endpoints.
