Description
Banner advertising in the Spotify desktop client can be patched out after package install or upgrade. The package installs a libalpm hook and scripts that unpack `/opt/spotify/Apps/xpui.spa`, change the ad flag, and repack the archive. It modifies proprietary client files, so updates can undo or break the patch and may conflict with Spotify terms.
