Sonic Robo Blast 2 needs these game data files for levels, artwork, sounds, and other content used by the engine. This package lets the game runtime present the actual playable experience instead of only the executable code.
It is content data, not a separate launcher. Most users install it together with the main game package, and removing it can leave the game unable to start or missing required assets.
