AV1 encodes can prioritize psycho-visual quality experiments through the SVT-AV1-PSY fork. This Git package builds the standalone encoder tools and codec libraries from development source. It is for advanced video encoders; fork behavior and presets may change, so outputs should be compared before archival or release use.
