Very low bitrate audio can be encoded and decoded with Fabrice Bellard TSAC tooling. This prebuilt package is useful for audio compression experiments, research, or testing codecs at extremely small bitrates.
Run `tsac` from a terminal with explicit input and output files. Compression can create lossy results, so keep original audio when comparing settings.
